Terms of Service.
In using this website for any interaction with ARTIST HOUSE /Asya Zlatina + Dancers, including any research about, any oral or written contracts and/or agreements with, any oral or written disagreements with, and gaining access through this site to any services, products, or performances by ARTIST HOUSE /Asya Zlatina + Dancers, I (the site user for this and every “1”) expressly agree to release and discharge ARTIST HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers and all of its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action and I agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against ARTIST HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers in any manner, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
Additionally, by checking the required box to register and pay for dance classes with ARTIST HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers, I agree that I (or my child, when registering child) am or will be participating in dance classes, from now on referred to in these terms of service as “the Activity”. I understand that the Activity consists of physical activity and/or exertion by me, and may be difficult, strenuous or may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I am fully aware of and accept the risks and hazards involved. In consideration of the risk of injury while participating in the Activity, and as consideration for the right to participate, I hereby, for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, or personal representatives, knowingly and voluntarily enter into this waiver and release of liability and hereby waive any and all rights, claims or causes of action of any kind whatsoever arising out of my participation in the Activity, and do hereby release ARTIST HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers and their teachers, affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, for any physical or psychological injury including but not limited to illness, paralysis, death, damages, economical or emotional loss, that I may suffer as a direct result of my participation in the aforementioned activity. I agree to assume all full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur or aggravate as a result of my participation.

I am voluntarily participating in the aforementioned activity and I am participating in the activity entirely at my own risk. I am aware of the risks associated with the Activity, which may include but are not limited to, physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, disfigurement,  temporary or permanent disability (including paralysis), economic or emotional loss, and death. I understand that these injuries or outcomes may arise from my own or others’ negligence, or the condition of the Activity’s location(s) or environment(s). Nonetheless, I assume all related risks, both known or unknown to me, of my participation in the Activity.  I agree to indemnify and hold harmless ARTIS HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers against any and all claims, suits or actions of any kind whatsoever for liability, damages, compensation or otherwise brought by me or anyone on my behalf, including attorney’s fees, and any related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. I agree to reimburse ARTIST HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers for any and all related costs, if litigation arises pursuant to any claims made by me or by anyone else acting on my behalf. I acknowledge that ARTIST HOUSE/ Asya Zlatina + Dancers and their teachers, directors, officers, volunteers, representatives and agents are not responsible for errors, omissions, acts or failures to act of any party or entity conducting a specific lesson which I participate in. I acknowledge that this activity may involve a test of my physical and mental limits and may carry with the potential for death, serious injury, and property damage. Additional risks may include, but are not limited to, those caused by me at my home environment or wherever I am when participating in the Activity,  temperature, weather, lack of hydration, my physical environment or my condition. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a medical professional about my involvement in the Activity, and receive approval in advance to participation. I confirm by checking the box that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition or injury which would prevent my full participation. I further understand that the costs and fees paid to ARTIST HOUSE/Asya Zlatina + Dancers are non-refundable, and that any refunds shall be entirely within the discretion of ARTIST HOUSE/ Asya Zlatina + Dancers. If receiving recorded classes or class links, I understand that the content, which does belong to ARTIST HOUSE/Asya Zlatina + Dancers, is purely educational, made available only to those parties like myself who have paid for the class(es) and that at NO TIME shall I share, sell, distribute or profit by any of the recordings or content. I also consent to the unrestricted use of any recording, photographs, or video taken of me or my child by or on behalf of ARTIST HOUSE/ Asya Zlatina + Dancers.

I acknowledge that I have carefully read this waiver and release and fully understand that it is a release of liability. I expressly agree to release and discharge ARTIST HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers and all of its affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors, successors and assigns, from any and all claims or causes of action and agree to voluntarily give up or waive any right that I otherwise have to bring a legal action against ARTIST HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers for personal injury or property damage. To the extent that statute or case law does not prohibit releases for negligence, this release is also for negligence on the part of ARTIST HOUSE / Asya Zlatina + Dancers, its agents, and employees. In the event that I should require medical care or treatment, I agree to be financially responsible for any costs incurred as a result of such treatment. I am aware and understand that I should carry my own health insurance.
