Creative Solutions to Boost Corporate Productivity and Health
The objective:
To get your employees moving, exercise the heart, boost serotonin levels, and foster a sense of joy through music.
Meaningful movement on a consistent basis.
Who can participate:
The program is designed for the corporate environment, with attention to dress code and adult restrictions to flexibility, and assumes a beginner tone. Anyone can participate, including employees with special accommodation needs. No prior knowledge of dance techniques is necessary. No special equipment required.
Current Proposal for Action:
1-2 weekly sessions per client, 30 min.
First class as assessment of needs, determining goals and background.
Tailored blueprint adaptable to developing changes.
